Callum joined MPR in late 2022 and has played an active role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the development of the MPR Service Hub – a key initiative focused on delivering consistent, high-quality service.
In 2024, he began his Insurance Professional Apprenticeship, a structured, qualifications backed programme designed to support long term growth in the industry. With a current focus on Management Liability, Cyber and Crime products, the apprenticeship also offers broad exposure across all product lines, helping to build technical capability, informed decision-making, and strong relationship skills.
