With over 30 years of experience in the financial lines market, Karen brings a depth of knowledge and a collaborative approach shaped by her work as an underwriter, broker, and Regional Financial Lines Manager. Based in Birmingham, she has built strong, trusted relationships with brokers across the Midlands, South, and London.
Since joining MPR in 2017, Karen has led our distribution strategy, working closely with brokers to develop partnerships built on trust, understanding, and a people-focused way of doing business.
